KIDS Summer
Sports Performance Camp
Week 1: July 10th - July 14th (Sprint Focus)
Week 2: July 17th - 21st (Strength Training Focus)
Week 3: July 24th - 28th (Agility Focus)
Week 4: July 30th - Aug 4th (All of the Above)
Ages: 8-12 & 13-15
This 4-week camp will meet
3x a week on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 1pm-1:55pm for
Strength & Athletic training 101.
We will help your child improve their sport performance through:
-Teaching proper body mechanics
-Strength and core training
-Speed and agility work

Here's a summer camp that will provide fun and purpose for your child
Get ready for your child to learn and understand the basics of strength training and athletic performance that can be immediately applied to their favorite activities.
Our coaches have developed a 1-month training program that work on the same strength, agility and speed movement patterns that professional athletes perform.
We will be moving your kids through: ladder drills, speed and power training, ball throwing mechanics and basic foundational movements of strength training (i.e. squatting, pushing, pressing and hinging).
