For the ultimate experience, we offer 1-on-1 personal training.  These sessions  begin with a comprehensive consultation to create a roadmap or macrocycle based on your unique goals to guide you to your ultimate fitness goal. We also create small weekly plans called microcycles to fine tune the process and have you peaking for a competition, obstacle race, preventing sarcopenia (muscle-loss), general health or whatever.

Make no mistake, personal training with us is a commitment.  Because we are creating a plan unique to you, we require at least a month commitment....whether that is all personal training or a combination of personal training and semi-private sessions.
