WE BELIEVE IN FUNCTIONAL FITNESS. WE STRIVE TO PREPARE THE BODY IN OUR STUDIO TO DO WHATEVER YOU DO IN THE REAL WORLD, PAIN-FREE.....WHETHER THAT IS GOLFING, GARDENING, HIKING, SKIING, OR PLAYING WITH GRANDKIDS, IT DOESN'T MATTER!
This is a high intensity class. It is designed to maximize fat loss and build lean muscle. This style of exercise burns 10x more calories than lifting weights or doing cardio alone. This class will help increases aerobic capacity and can significantly increase metabolism.
The Elevate is a specialized class with a limit of 3 people per class. It focuses on 6 pillars of functional strength movements. The class is based on a comprehensive 12 Week Macrocycle (A macrocycle is a plan that works towards peaking for the goal at completion of the cycle).
For the ultimate experience, we offer 1-on-1 personal training. These sessions begin with a comprehensive consultation to create a roadmap to guide you to your ultimate fitness goal.

Cara and Ryan are a husband-wife team who left Chicago in 2013 to pursue their dream of becoming Austin residents. They started training clients out of their garage in 2014 and finished construction on their new location in late 2017. Slade Fit Club represents their passion for helping customers succeed in their fitness goals, big or small and is manifested through their training philosophy:
helping each client live their best life through the safest, most effective and fun program
Cara was a fitness competitor winning her first competition in New Mexico and taking 14th in Ms. Bikini Model America.
Ryan was a hedge fund trader and personal trained his co-workers on the side.
