​Schedule a call with Coach Cara, our in-house Nutritional Coach, to talk about your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. She will help you set up your profile in our coaching app, walk you through what to expect, and get everything ready to begin — including payment and a quick intake form.

TRACK + LEARN YOUR BASELINE
Spend one week tracking your meals in the app. This gives your coach insight into your current habits and helps us build your personalized macro plan from a real, sustainable starting point.

LAUNCH YOUR PLAN + STAY SUPPORTED
Meet with your coach for your official kickoff! You’ll receive your custom macro prescription and lifestyle habits to start working on.. From there, you’ll check in weekly through the app — which syncs your tracking, progress photos, weigh-ins, and more — so you always know what’s next. We will meet monthly in-person, to go over your progress and prepare you for the next month's goals.
