Elevate

The Elevate is a specialized class with a limit of 3 people per class.  It focuses on 6 pillars of functional strength movements. 

  1. Balance & Implement Tracking

  2. Hip Hinge/Squat

  3. Presses & Raises

  4. Rows

  5. Split Stance

  6. Loaded Carry & Core

 

The class is based on a comprehensive 12 Week Macrocycle (A macrocycle is a plan that works towards peaking for the goal at completion of the cycle).

The cardio we do in this class is designed to focus on cardiovascular endurance. Although this class is good for everyone, it is focused more for the older adult, in that we work on fall prevention, gait training and building strength so you can live with confidence in your mobility. As we say:

don't get older, get better!

We conduct a movement assessment to create a plan that is customized to an individual’s unique abilities or inabilities.
