The Elevate class is a specialized class for the beginner or older adult with a limit of 4 people per class.  It focuses on 6 pillars of functional strength movements. 

  1. Balance & Implement Tracking

  2. Hip Hinge/Squat

  3. Presses & Raises

  4. Rows

  5. Split Stance

  6. Loaded Carry & Core


The cardio we do in this class is designed to focus on cardiovascular endurance. Although this class is good for everyone, it is focused more for the older adult, in that we work on fall prevention, gait training and building strength so you can live with confidence in your mobility. As we say:
