Functional Strength

Our functional strength class is made for those who live an active lifestyle and want to continue to do so! Whether you are a mountain biker, pickleball player or a parent with toddlers, this class is perfect for you.

Our functional strength class is designed to help improve your strength, agility and movement patterns. We have incorporated weight lifting with coordination drills to help you live strongly and confidently through all the sports of life. 


The classes are semi-private personal training, which have a class size of 5 ppl max. We have found that semi-private training gets the best results for most people, because our trainers are able to give you one-on-one attention, correct your form and make modifications based on your fitness abilities, but with other people present it helps your motivation and accountability.


Our workouts change every two weeks to give you time to master the movement patterns and build your strength.
