OUR STORY
Slade Fit Club was created by Cara and Ryan Slade. They are a husband-wife team who left Chicago in 2013 to pursue their dream of becoming Austin residents
.
Cara was a fitness competitor winning her first competition in New Mexico and taking 14th in Ms. Bikini Model America. Ryan was a hedge fund trader and personal trained his co-workers on the side.
They started SFC by training clients out of their garage in 2014 and finished construction on their new location in the heart of Lakeway, TX in late 2017.
