Our Stretch & Mobility class is built for every body — whether you're easing back into movement, looking to recover better, or wanting to feel more freedom in how you move.

From active adults to beginners and anyone feeling tight, tense, or just ready to move more comfortably — this class helps restore flexibility, improve posture, and increase joint mobility so you feel better in your body, every day.

We blend gentle stretching, focused breathwork, and fluid movement to help you move with ease, release tension, and stay ready for all of life’s activities — big or small.

This class is designed to stretch and mobilize the entire body. Each class is customized based on the needs of our members. We cap this class to 8 members to limit crowding and ensure comfort of movement in a stress free environment.

HOW TO GET STARTED?

START WITH A CONSULT
We care about you and your results, which is why joining our club is a little different.

Before jumping into classes, we'll schedule a quick onboarding phone call to learn about your fitness goals and experience with exercise. If you have any injuries or ailments or perhaps coming out of physical therapy, this is where we get a better understanding of who you are.

YOUR COACH WILL PAIR YOU WITH THE BEST TRAINING STYLE
Based on your experience and goals, your coach will recommend the training style that best fits you. We want to assure that you are in a class that you are comfortable with to keep you motivated and help you achieve your fitness goals.

BECOME AN SFC CLUB MEMBER
Included in your Slade Fit Club, Strength membership is access to ALL SFC class styles, including Acceler8, Elevate and our beloved Stretch and Mobility class.
