Having flexible muscles and mobility in your joints is key to creating a healthy body that can move without pain. In this semi-private class, with a max of 6ppl, we will stretch and mobilize all joints and muscles of the body including shoulders, back, hips and knees.
This class is perfect for anyone who works from a desk, an avid athlete or a stiff older adult. Anyone and everyone can benefit from this class style!
In this class, we will begin on the floor with foam rolling and static stretching. We will then slowly make our way up to a standing position focusing more on dynamic movement as the class progresses. You are guaranteed to feel more energized and moving with less pain after attending this class.
