No two injuries are the same. That’s why every training plan begins with a comprehensive movement assessment and biomechanics screening, giving us a clear understanding of your strengths, limitations, and how you move.
From there, we build a fully customized program that evolves with you — continually adapting to your progress while reinforcing safe, effective movement patterns that support long-term recovery and strength.


HOW TO GET STARTED?

START WITH A CONSULT
We care about you and your results, which is why joining our club is a little different.
Before starting your rehab-focused training, we’ll schedule a FREE 30-minute injury movement analysis. This session gives us a chance to assess how you move, understand your current limitations, and learn about any injuries, pain points, or recent physical therapy. It’s our way of getting to know you — so we can build a safe, effective program that supports your recovery and long-term strength.

YOUR COACH WILL BUILD YOUR CUSTOM INJURY REHAB PROGRAM
Based on your injury movement analysis, your coach will design a personalized training plan that supports your recovery and respects your limitations. Your program will address current pain points, correct movement imbalances, and work toward restoring strength, mobility, and confidence.
